Jeep has unveiled its two-row 2022 Grand Cherokee, with the all-new fifth generation of the American brand’s iconic large SUV ushering in plug-in hybrid power in a first for Jeep’s flagship.
The Standard Engine: 290-hp 3.6-liter V-6. A 357-hp 5.7-liter V-8
Other Option: Turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder and turbo-diesel 3.0-liter V-6 engines
Grand Cherokee will add a gasoline-electric hybrid 4xe model to the mix. We anticipate the 2022 Grand Cherokee 4xe to crib the 375-hp powertrain of its Wrangler 4xe stablemate.
