Kimi Raikkonen’s first NASCAR race

Back to back when the Ice Man competed in NASCAR for the first time in 2010, a year later after retiring from F1 in 2009.

Raikkonen competed in F1 from 2001 until 2009. He was at Sauber in his first year, in 2002 he replaced his compatriot Mika Hakkinen at McLaren.

His years at McLaren, did go as he wished, McLaren couldn’t provide a winning car for the Fin in those five years at the team.

In 2007 he joined Scuderia Ferrari, replacing one of the best in history of F1, Michael Schumacher, and finally the Marranello team give him a winning car.

He has beaten Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton in 2007 to win the championship by one point.
